Milk Hydrosan company proposes a highly effective solution to the problem of loss of product in an environmentally friendly manner. MILK Hydrosan Pigging System allows the recovery of the product from the piping system and a significant reduction in the cost of cleaning.
The system operates on the principle of pressing process where the role of the piston meets the "pig" (i.e. pig) made of appropriately selected material (e.g. Silicone, EPDM), which is pushed through the pipeline using a medium (e.g. compressed air, water).
MILK HYDROSAN PIGGING SYSTEM is made oftwo main elements:
• ”pig” input station (starting station),
• “pig” output station (terminus).
Product input and output lines are equipped fully in ball valves which let the pistons to go through, which minimize the formation of so-called dead zones for the product. In the pipeline, which is run pigging, sensors are installed, to confirm the position of the piston in the system. Information from the sensors are transmitted to control valves inflicting on the amount of air which can control the speed of the piston in the pipeline. “Pig” input station is equipped with a valve which regulates the inflow of air / water and air vent with a special silencer. Input, output stations as well as transmission line are suitable for CIP cleaning.
