The crystallizer is multi-mantled container used in processes of phase lactose change from a liquid into a solid. It is suitable to carry out the cooling process in a multi-thread way i.e. by indirect cooling with ice water and parallel mixing. This allows for uniform cooling of total weight of the concentrate.
Crystallizer is equipped with a stirrer of special design to ensure the proper distribution of crystal seeds. Stirring motor is coupled to a gear motor which provides effective and safe operation of the cooling mixer. Crystallizer is equipped with a washing system (pears), respiratory system, manhole and overflow. In the lower part the crystallizer is equipped with a valve which prevents the raw material before gelling and solidifying. There is a temperature sensor in a crystallizer mantle as well as the detector stopping the stirrer at the opening of the manhole.
We choose the number and volume of crystallizers to ensure adequate crystallization time, work rhythm of evaporating stations and drying tower.
Crystallizers size is derived from customer orders and are in the range from 4 m3 to 16 m3.
Together with the crystallizer process automation and service platform can be delivered. Automatic control system keeps the fixed parameters of crystallization. The functioning of the automation system is to control and regulate temperature, crystallization time, cooling time and the time of mixer rotation and directions.
