The crystallizer is multi-mantled container used in processes of phase lactose change from a liquid into a solid. It is suitable to carry out the cooling process in a multi-thread way i.e. by indirect cooling with ice water and parallel mixing. This allows for uniform cooling of total weight of the concentrate.
